CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:


"ZEN"
Expect an easy warm up and a smooth sequence that's sprinkled with a few longer-held stretches designed to melt away any tension so you can relax and completely unwind.  This class is the perfect "happy medium" 🪷 

"BOOT CAMP"
A group fitness class that's structured in a way that allows each participant to meet themselves EXACTLY where they're at.  You choose your own level of intensity; there's no pressure, just lots of movement and a kick @$$ playlist 🎶 

"BOOTY CAMP"
I'm sure you could figure this out on your own, but just in case;
it's Boot Camp but we specifically target the 🍑

"RESET"
Whether you just finished a great workout or you just rolled out of bed, this class is exactly what you need before you take on the day. It's not too challenging and it's not too yoga-y.... it's quite simply a nice way to start your day.
(Oh and it's only 5 bucks to drop in, no excuses 😉)

MINDFUL MOVES
WITH MARIE JEANNE
A fluid, balanced practice of both movement and held posture, incorporating breathing techniques with body awareness to build strength and relax the nervous system. You'll unwind with a brief closing meditation.

"RISE & SHINE"
This mellow morning class seeks to provide the time and space for you to simply unravel with some of the easier, more accessible yoga movements and poses so you can carry on your day with a calm mind and peaceful heart 🤍

"HEALTHY HIPS"
As the namesake suggests, the focus of this class will be all things hips.  We may go beyond regular yoga postures with different movements that increase mobility and help strengthen and align the biggest joints in our bodies so we can stay healthy and active 🤸

"FLOW"
This class aims to tick all the boxes with a creative Vinyasa flow that is sure to energize and challenge you!  Practice will always wrap up with a few glorious stretches and/or restorative postures to turn you into a puddle for a well earned savasana 💤
